OK. I'm back this week with a before and after shot of a simple Valentines card I made for my DH. You should be able to see it in larger size if you click on photo. I found some plain white damask embossed cards at Michael's for $1, I think there were 6 in a pack. I simply took some scrap paper stock stamped it and then used some red stickles to put dots around the card stock. I then took some of Teresa Collin's Crush paper and cut out the two tickets and glued one down flat and used dimensionals on the other for a little pop. It turned out cute and it only took me like 5mins to make it and I left it there for the stickles to dry and presto, chango a plain card made fab.
