A special day with mom

Wanted to share some photos from our Mother’s Day gathering that Andy and I hosted

 for my side of the family.

Here are some photos of the mantel decorations that I created using the freebie that my sweet friend Rhonna Farrer designed and offered to all her blog readers.  She does this often so you should go get to know here HERE. She is totally fabulous!

I picked up some mason jars at the local Walmart and decorated them with bakers
twine for the boys and pink tulle for us girls. They were perfect for the icecream sundaes we
had for dessert.  Yum! The kids were so excited as were the adults when they saw that
they had three flavors of icecream to choose from and all the toppings :)
